By downloading, installing, or using Cometta (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Cometta is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.
All content, design, code, and branding within Cometta are the property of Cometta and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.
Any content you create or store within the App remains yours. By using the App, you grant Cometta a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Cometta is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.
